The Amadè Players present an exciting concert of music by Handel. The performance will include his famous Music for the Royal Fireworks (originally performed at the Vauxhall Pleasure gardens to celebrate the Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle, and repeated four weeks later at The Foundling Hospital). We also enjoy the Ode for St Cecilia and some other gems of Handel's output.

This concert is in conjunction with the Foundling Museum's summer exhibition, The Triumph of Pleasure: Vauxhall Gardens 1729 - 1786.
